Suggestions: 

Your gallery could contain pictures of interaction you are having with students. (even with a media release on file, please refrain from inlcuding pictures of students) 

- Use pictures of you teaching students, for example, in a group setting where the backs of the students heads are shown, etc etc.

- Did your cooperating teacher assign a project such as a bulletin board ? Take a picture of it and include it in your gallery. A brief description as well. 

- Was there a particular lesson,etc that you helped with and/or taught ? Include that.

- Ask your cooperating teacher to take a picture of you while you are engaged with the students. This can be included as well.
