Into the Wild Lesson Plan and Event (Ages 3 and 4)

Into to Wild was a science event at Elizabethtown College that allowed young children to explore environmental concepts through developmentally appropriate activites. To prepare for this event I completed a workshop sponsered by the Office of Environment and Ecology on Project Learning Tree. For this event, I created and taught a lesson that allowed three and four year old children to explore which animals call the forest their home.
