Domain 2: Classroom Environment

I believe having an organized, well-maintained classroom is vital for successful learning.  In order for this to happen, students need to know what is expected of them and what is to be expect from me.  I also feel that student engagement and collaborative learning are major contributors in establishing a positive classroom environment.
