A Little about Me 

My third-grade teacher awakened me to the joys of teaching.  When she selected me to be one of the teachers on Teacher Appreciation Day, I enjoyed every minute of planning and teaching the class!  From that day forward, I knew I would someday have a classroom of my own. 

In addition to teaching, my friends and my family also hold a very special place in my heart.  I am very close with my family, and I appreciate their unconditional support.  Similarly, my friends continue to provide lessons and memories that influence who I am today. 

When I am with my friends and family, you will most likely find me camping, boating, skiing, soaking up some sun at the beach, or enjoying dinner at Granny's house.  If I am alone, however, I am probably writing, scrapbooking, or working on my latest art project.  I am most content when I am engaged in something productive, even if it is something as simple as a conversation with an old friend.
