UbD Solar System Unit Plan
During my junior block experience, I created a unit plan on the Solar System using the principles of Understanding by Design (UbD). UbD emphasizes "backward design", where a unit plan is created first by looking at the desired outcomes and goals of the unit, planning the assessments, and then planning the classroom activities that align with those ideas.
