Sun Catcher Lesson Plan

While teaching a lesson on the characteristics of the Sun, I did an activity in which students would use a wire frame, tissue paper, glue, and glitter to make a flat model of the Sun. I knew from the beginning that this lesson had the potential to be extremely messy, so I developed a lesson plan that emphasized clear and concise communication with the students to ensure that they were able to follow my directions and complete the activity in an organized and efficient way.
