Functional Behavior Analysis:

While working with a second grader during an after school program for students with identified learning disabilities, I conducted a functional behavior analysis. This FBA was developed after observations of off task behaviors were observed and analyzed of the student I was tutoring.  A replacement behavior was designed in order to adjust the behavior into one that is more conducive to the learning environment.
