Welcome to my E-Portfolio!

My name is McKayla Goodling and recently graduated from Elizabethtown College. I majored in Early Childhood Education. When I was young, I knew that I wanted to go to college and become a teacher because of my overflowing passion for working with children. I love to watch each child grow and learn. It is truly both amazing and inspiring. It makes you want to push yourself harder so that every student develops a love for their education. While I worked with an abundance of school aged children, daycare children, and helped with various child camps and programs, my thoughts about becoming a teacher grew stronger. I knew this profession was the perfect fit for me. I gives me joy that I will wake up every morning going to my job happy, knowing I made the right decision. I thrive to become the teacher where every student feels welcomed and accepted, by establishing a safe classroom environment. I truly cannot wait to start this life-changing experience.
