    Classroom environment is, most importantly, thriving to establish a welcoming environment for ALL students in the classroom. Looking deeper within this domain it is essential to focus on creating a relationship with our students as well as getting each student to interact with one another. As educators we aim to see each of our students succeed and achieve so it is important to create a classroom culture where student work is valued and academically appropriate goals are set for each student to achieve and learn. Managing the classroom procedures, student behavior, and physical space will help build an enriching classroom environment.
