I am not only a teacher, but also a lifelong learner. Part of being an effective teacher is being professional and growing professionally. As an effective teacher, I regularly reflect on my teaching. Additionally, I seek opportunities to grow professionally through workshops and by participating in professional communities. Most importantly, I uphold my responsibilities as an educator by conducting myself in a professional manner and regularly communicating with parents. The artifacts in this domain demonstrate my ability to balance my professional responsibilities as an educator.
