Quality instruction is a vital component of being a successful teacher. In order to provide students with the instruction they need, it is important for the goals and instructions to be communicated effectively. Additionally, students need to be actively engaged in their learning. It is important for students to be encouraged to think critically and participate in meaningful discussions. My ability to effectively assess students' during instruction allows me to continually address and meet my students' needs through instruction, particularly by demonstrating great flexibility as a teacher. The artifacts in this domain demonstrate my ability to provide the most effective instruction for my students.
