During my Student Teaching Experiences I actively solicited feedback from my supervisors and cooperating teachers. Having this opportunity, I was able to apply the recommended changes to strengthen my pedagogical skills in regards to planning, instructional delivery, and classroom management. Acquiring this feedback is a continuous process used to improve and strengthen both my teaching strengths and deficits. These observations were conducted on a weekly basis during my Student Teaching Experiences. During observations I was assessed within the framework of Charlotte Danielson's 4 Domains
