Domain Four: Professional Responsibilities

Domain four represents the work that teachers complete outside of the classroom. Professional development is something that can never be mastered, it is something that I will be continually be developing. Whether it is attending conferences, in-service days or taking classes outside of the classroom to keep up with new teaching strategies and new content, I will always being continuing my development. Professional responsibilities include reflecting on teaching, maintaining records, communicating with families, participating in a professional community and growing professionally.
