Domain Three: Instruction
The dream begins with a teacher who believes in you, who tugs and pushes and leads you to the next plateau, sometimes poking you with a sharp stick called "truth." -Dan Rather
Domain three demonstrates the in-class responsbility of the teacher. Instruction is important because it shows how the teacher communicates with the students through different techniques and activities. An excellent teacher excells at instruction because they know what kind of activities engage students in learning, what types of assessments works and they know how to be flexible. The artifacts I have included in domain three represent all of the componets found in the domain.

3b: Using Questioning and Discussion Techniques
