Within the classroom, it is important to fit the needs of all students by having a proper plan prepared for lessons and routines. In addition, it is equally imperative to celebrate the diversity of each student and to offer a safe and welcoming environment for all. When planning, it is best that teachers meet all learning styles to benefit the most diverse learners and create adaptable materials that support students with various needs. Therefore, to keep students involved in their learning, I've incorporated hands-on lessons and active learning strategies that will keep students engaged and motivated throughout the day.

My philosophy of teaching for all students includes:

- All children can learn.
- All children deserve love and respect.
- As a teacher, it is my responsibility to do everything in my power to help children succeed.

The following artifacts under each sub-domain exemplify how students grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually in the classroom.
