It is important for a social worker to be understanding with their clients and desire to help them improve their lives.

INFP's also are known to stick by their values and to be accepting until a value of theirs is threatened. This can be dangerous for a social worker who deals with a variety of people who have a variety of different values. A social worker cannot let his or her values get in the way of efficiently helping their clients.
