I took the temperament assessment and my scores were a 5 in both E and I categories. I have a 13 in the S section and a 7 in the N section. I had a 5 in the T portion and a 15 in the F portion. The final part of the assessment was In the J and F categories and I had an 11 and a 10 in those. My scores resulted in a tie between ESFJ and ISFJ.
My first category was ISFJ and that means that I am quiet, friendly, responsible and conscientious. I am committed and steady in my obligations. I am through, painstaking and accurate. I am loyal and considerate and I notice and remember specific facts and things about people. I am concerned about how people feel and I would like to make an orderly and harmonious environment at work and home. With me being painstaking I need to make sure that I am also objective with things to. I am quiet and sometimes I should go outside of that and be more vocal and such in order to communicate with people and in doing necessary things. I am concerned about how people feel and that Is great but I need to be cautious that I do not get to emotionally Involved where it gets strenuous for myself. I need to be able to step back and look at the whole picture. I think this category does summarize and fit me well.
My other category is ESFJ and that means I am warmhearted, conscious, cooperative and wants harmony. I work with determination in achieving things. Works with others and likes to complete tasks correctly and on time. I am loyal and I follow through with things. I recognize the needs of people and ways in which to gain that. I like to be appreciated for who I am and for what I have contributed. This also describes me very well, I do not think I can choose which one better fits me because they both address me very well and ESFJ and ISFJ seem related also In some of the descriptions.
