Science Unit Plan: Third Grade (1a)

During my Methods Block, I developed a Science Unit plan based out of the FOSS unit entitled “Physics of Sound.” Using the Understand by Design framework, we developed a unit plan that included necessities such as standards and the intent for students to learn. I felt this artifact covered criteria for this domain such as setting instructional outcomes, designing coherent instruction, demonstrating knowledge of content, and designing student assessment.
