My name is Ross Benincasa and I am an English and journalism teacher at La Plata High School in southern Maryland.
My tenure at La Plata has included the creation of a new writing course, Newspaper Publications. I also teach 11th grade, honors-level English and Yearbook Publications.
When I'm not teaching, I love to write, read, and design. In addition to my work at La Plata, I own Scrawl Design, a small print and web design firm in southern Maryland.
