In an effort to keep the families as informed as possible and to keep the lines of communication open between home and school, I hope to send home a monthly newsletter from my classroom. Below is an example of the September newsletter. Interaction with parents and families can be one of the most difficult aspects of a teacher's job. My hope is that the more included parents feel the more support I will get from them and the more comfortable they will feel with their student's role in my classroom.
